My dad passed away in December. He and Mom had been married 60 years 2 months 1 day. Each time I go to see her and many times when we talk on the phone she says what she misses so much is their conversations. So take heart, it can last a lifetime.CrazyDebhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18338590683123566330noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1378559440592324702.post-13353629743405995312010-05-18T19:10:52.347-05:002010-05-18T19:10:52.347-05:00I agree with Amber on all points! You both say it ...I agree with Amber on all points! You both say it better than I ever could

MomJLVhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01545287253139968546noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1378559440592324702.post-65666079615550965332010-05-18T14:43:43.860-05:002010-05-18T14:43:43.860-05:00That was always my fear, too. I have been with David for over 5 years now, and although I don't discover new things about him every day like in the beginning, I have found him to be like my old comfortable sweater that I have kept forever. No, it isn't new, it doesn't smell new anymore, kinda worn in, but wouldn't trade it for all of the new sweaters in the world! Plus, sometimes, when you least expect it, you do discover something new, and that is always fun, too :)
On a side note, can I just say that I LOVE your blog? Well, I do, I love it! Number one, I can keep up with what is going on in your life, and number two, I just love the way you write. You write the way my mind thinks, but you have the ability to put it down on paper, (or a computer screen), whereas I don't believe I could. So, keep writing away, knowing that I am itching for a new blog post every day :)Amber Williamsnoreply@blogger.com
