Take Me the Way I Am
This song really grabbed my ear the other day; so when I looked it up, I was so pleased to find this video. I think it's perfect for the song and the message. Enjoy.
We used this song at Take 2 earlier this semester and I love it, too. I thought the video a little strange, what with the clowns and all. :) I saw it on youtube when we were passing around ideas for songs.
I just love the symbolism. Who would think that SHE was the odd one out? She looks beautiful. However, when everyone else looks like a clown, we feel out of place and unlovable if we don't. Still, someone will see the clown under it all and love us anyway. Love it.
